Shipping ships to almost all parts of India. We ship every day except on National Holidays & Sundays.

  1. Free Shipping : We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 500. Shipping charges of Rs. 49 will be added on orders below Rs. 500.
  2. Standard Shipping (3-7 days) : Shipment to metros and other major cities reaches within 3 days. Shipment to all other locations will reach within 7 days.
  3. Expedited Shipping (2-3) : Shipment reaches in 2-3 days upon choosing the Express Delivery option during checkout. Items will be delivered to the most metros in 1-2 days. Extra shipping charges apply for Expedited Shipping.
  4. Direct Import from USA or UK (6-10) : For Imported Edition items, we offer Direct import from USA or UK and deliver to your address in India. We take care of cross border shipping, clear customs and local delivery. There is no extra cost for the customers other than the item cost.
  5. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping options from India. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations. Please contact us for such requirement.

    Cash On Delivery : Please check for COD details in Payment Options

    Tracking Packages : If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package.

    If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account.

    Non Availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt 3 times before an item is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up your delivery process.

    Proof on Delivery: For some delivery locations & for some high value products, Our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us if you have any questions.


     Returns & Cancellations

    We have a Safe Shoppers returns & exchange policies on most of the items sold on We will guide you through the process without any hassle.


    Returns: We have ‘No Questions Asked’ 5 days (post delivery), 100% acceptance policy on most NEW & UNOPENED items. Any opened item may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a refund up to 70% of the value of the product. The value of the product is accessed by our Product specialists.


    IMPORTANT: Please obtain a prior Return Confirmation Number (RCN) for all returns. Please contact us to obtain the RCN. One way Shipping charges to return the items back to us are paid by the customer. Any returns made without the RCN will not be accepted.

    The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except for the issue described by you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. Refund processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement. Refund Cheque will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers.

    Exchanges: If you have received defective item and needs exchange, please obtain the Return Confirmation Number (RCN) before shipping back to us. We pay the shipping/courier charges for defective items only. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested.

    Gift Returns: All the above policies apply to products purchased or delivered as Gifts.

    Cancellations: Orders cancelled before the shipping is made are eligible for 100% acceptance policy. If shipping is in progress, a 15% restocking fee may applicable. If the shipment had already reached the destination, customers should Return the item in order to process cancellations & one way Shipping charges are paid by you.

    Exception in Cancellations: Some items/orders marked as Non-Returns may not be returned.
